| ●Brief description of project | The TENJIN CLASS is a composite facility, and the first to third floors are occupied by commercial tenants (product selling stores, restaurants, and offices), and the fourth to eighth floors are by the Fukuoka City Central Children’s Hall. I participated in the SPC, mainly Nishi-Nippon Railway Co., Ltd., for the reconstruction with aging of Fukuoka City Central Children's Hall, and I supervised the entire designing as a supervisor as the full-fledged Public-Private Partnership Business (PPP) conducted for the first time by Fukuoka City. I carried out the preparation of competition plan (basic plan) for selection of PPP business operators, basic design, implementation design, construction supervision, in cooperation with multiple architects and engineers, and conducted consultative coordination at each design stage. |
