| ●Brief description of project | This project to extend so called Nankaiya Nanatsugashima food factory was aimed to be certified according to HACCP (SQF 2000). From the design stage through the construction work, a systematic approach to the identification, evaluation, and control of food safety hazards was taken in order to minimize the risk of producing defective or unsafe products for consumers. This project obtained HACCP (SQF 2000) for the first time in Japan. |
