　●Brief description of project This project is a construction of a flagship hospital in central part of Okinawa prefecture, Japan. It has 500 beds with advanced acute medical care including 24 hour operating emergency department. The building has seismic base isolation structure so that the hospital can function even in the case of disaster such as big earthquakes. It is also equipped with a heliport on the rooftop in order to accelerate the improvement of healthcare services of the neighboring isolated islands, which is one of the design concept of this hospital. The hospital is wide open to asian countries, getting certified the JCI international standards.
