| ●Brief description of project | Existing warehouses along the Huang Ho are remodeled to a Super Mall in Shandong Gaishi Super Mall Project, in Shandong Province, People’s Republic of China. This Super Mall has following three concepts;
i) economical Mall with an appropriate amount of stock,
And we have proposed future master plan showing that this Mall will be connected to the Group Corporation Headquarters, the International Trade Center, and so on.
ii) Mall accepting as it is, such as locations, market-oriented consumers, existing structures, and iii) skip floor typed Mall with energy-saving and natural-oriented plan. |
