By sensing and control technology, Omron's core research institution set up for globalization. While the company's formation has been changed dramatically, its main theme was flexibility and the coordination of view and environment for the purpose of working out "Coordination and Creation" from inner and outside of the company. It is a low-story building according to the land and slop sizes. On the upper floor there is one-floor office of about 6000㎡. The lower floor, mainly the green room of 3,000㎡ is mainly used as experiment lab for various experiments. The middle part called promenade line is consist of service and communication base and has imported cogeneration, the usage of rain water, and solar electricity. In the office, it uses flooring air-conditioning, task and ambi-end lighting. Deep eaves hide away and can be barely seen among trees. All kinds of scales of lattice window expresses what "Kyoto-Osaka-Nara" represent the taste of "harmony". As its contribution, Omron established the International Advanced Institute as well as a serial of landscapes.
