Rikkyo University Niiza Campus is anew college ground that the University has built on the outskirts of Niiza City under its campus redevelopment project that began in 1990. The project was carried out as part of the master plan of the new departments reorganization project established, along with the Ikebukuro Campus, based on the Rikkyo University Future Project (the Academic Plan).

The project involves the redevelopment of five buildings, for new construction and renovation each, and the landscaping work. The buildings include No. 6 Building (research, education, and information-related facilities) accommodating the modern psychology department newly opened in April 2006, No. 7 Building (administration building), and Yurinoki Hall (students-related facilities).

The campus is interspersed with design features of invigorating the campus life and enhancing research and education facilities throughout its premises.
