This office building is a sustainable architecture which assumed " the creation of a high-sensitivity and high-quality workplace" ,"reduction of environmental load" and "pursuit of cost performance" as a design purpose. The certification acquisition of S rank BEE=4.9 of CASBEE(Comprehensive Assessment System for Building Environmental Efficiency).
I suggested the new office building type that can be coped with matters of not only a quantitative index about an effective rate and environmental efficiency but also spatial sensitivity of a building.
